We are actively seeking a dynamic and proactive professional to join our HR Team as an HR Specialist. This role will involve providing support to the entire HR team in the areas of training, payroll, and benefits administration along with HRIS maintenance. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to all sides of HR, providing a well-rounded experience for someone early in their HR career. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of Human Resources as well as attention-to-detail, strong follow-up and exceptional administrative capabilities. Job requirements

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Oversee the allocation and assignment of compliance training modules in Paycom, ensuring precise tracking and compliance.

·        Proactively follow up with leaders and employees to ensure timely completion of training requirements, addressing any delays.

·        Manage personnel files, benefits administration and other HR documentation.

·        Support cross-functional initiatives and participate in HR-related projects that align with broader organizational objectives.

·        Acquire and maintain working knowledge of the Paycom payroll system to support payroll-related activities and employee data accuracy.

·        Provide administrative support for Allredi’s annual Career Planning Process (performance reviews) and Talent Planning Process (succession planning).

·        Maintain up-to-date employee records in Paycom, ensuring timely and accurate reflection of internal changes.

·        Creation of ad-hoc reporting and draft executive summaries for HR-related data analysis.

·        Serve as a point of contact for internal and external HR inquiries, delivering timely and professional assistance.

·        Contribute to other HR functions, initiatives, and special projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

·        Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR administration preferred, but not required.

·        Prior experience supporting or managing HR projects and initiatives is a plus.

·        Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and strong follow-through.

·        Demonstrated ability to manage confidential employee information with discretion and integrity.

·        Strong internal customer service and the ability to build relationships at every level of the organization.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate win-win solutions with resistant parties.

·        Interest in learning, development and continuous improvement.

·        Experience with Paycom or familiarity with similar HRIS platforms is preferred.

·        Strong ability in using MS Office including data analysis utilizing Excel with large data sets and preparation of professional presentations using PowerPoint.
